The way sports games reflect you

I have played sports games for alot of my life and one thing i have noticed is the way I play sports in real life can be reflected and seen in my game play. like I use to play baseball... and I was terrible, i had no timing and would strike out time after time and I would swing basically the second the pitch left the pitchers hand and if i tried to wait I would be swinging after the ball was in the catcher's mit. Also as I play hockey right now since I don't have great speed whenever some gets past me with the puck and I don't have the momentum to turn and catchup to the player I instinctively try to lift their stick and end up high sticking them and when ever I play NHL11 I get called for high sticks time after time and I don't even mean to but as it shows video games can really portray how you play, yes your stats have a big effect but their affect is varied by how you play.
